Last year the President’s proposed budget cut RC&D
funding by three-fourths. Your letters made the difference in the funding being
restored to $51.3M. We regret to have to ask you once again to write letters to
Congress asking that the President’s FY09 Budget amount of $0 – yes ZERO - be
returned to the budget at $56M. Our efforts worked last year and they will
again, with your help.
