TRAINING

Volunteers must attend one Phase I training session and one Phase II training session

- April 15, 9:00am to 12:30pm - Phase I training
- April 15, 1:00pm to 4:30pm - Phase II training
*RSVP by April 10, please pack a lunch and be prepared to get in the stream

- June 11, 8:30am to 12:30pm - Phase II training

SAMPLING

  • MAY OR JUNE:
    Habitat Assessment and Biomonitoring

    Walk your stream site and see what lives in it. Assessments may occur over more than one day, if you prefer.

  • MAY 19, 20 or 21
    E. coli Sampling

    Collect water samples for E. coli lab analysis on one of these days

  • JULY 14, 15 or 16
    E. coli Sampling

    Collect water samples for E. coli lab analysis on one of these days

  • SEPTEMBER 8, 9, or 10
    Nutrient

    Collect water samples for E. coli lab analysis on one of these days

MEETING

  • NOVEMBER 3 Four Rivers Watershed Watch

    Annual Conference and Dinner at Marshall County Cooperative Extension

    Review water quality data, question/answer period with invited speakers, and dinner for your efforts!
